IT Jobs in Sophia-Antipolis (France): be informed on your mobile phone

IT job vacancies that come directly on the candidates’ mobile, whatever their nationality is. |
Sophia Antipolis innovates in employment. At the beginning of September, a web platform will enable recruiters to register IT job offers that will be instantly displayed on the candidates’ mobile phone.
Simplified advertisements and direct contact for international candidates
One remarkable aspect of this service is that it will concern candidates of any nationality. Even if this does not call into question the national preference observed from recruiters, it seems to us as a way of fighting against the prejudices that still prevail in some French companies.
Candidates will not have to submit any CV, it will be enough to register on the service. The ads will reach them automatically. These will be written in a very direct style, concentrated on essential information (company recruiter, address, phone number, requested post and conditions of employment).
The relationship itself will be direct as well between the candidate and the recruiter, without intermediary between them. The candidate will just have to click on "contact" to call the advertiser.
An already operational platform for other sectors
A first platform, but for other sectors, was launched a few days ago by the company Mac2c in Nice-Sophia Antipolis, with the support of local political authorities.
Through Cotedazuremploi.com site the hotel business can already use a service that looks very much like the one which is about to be installed for the IT sector (www.sophiaantipolis-careers.com, click on the link after the article).
Local enterprises will also soon be able to recruit in other sectors through the first platform (services, health, transport, building, etc). |
