Doolit authorises the reproduction of all original content displayed on the www.doolit.comportal as long as it refers to the origin of such content and a direct link to the Doolit site is associated to this article on the support on which the reproduction is found (http://www.doolit.com). Likewise, Doolit is amenable to hosting or reproducting content produced by an identified user in return for the publication on a site that belongs to the user of a direct link to the Doolit site (http://www.doolit.com). It must be specified, however, that such publication does not constitute an obligation.
Content published by a user registered on www.doolit.comremains the property of the user, as www.doolit.comsimply provides hosting for it. When an account is closed, for whatever reason, or upon a simple request, all content associated with this account will be deleted from the server. Meanwhile, Doolit shall in no way be required to keep, much less return a copy to its owner.

Responsibilities
Doolit declines any and all responsibility for all content to which users have access by clicking on outgoing links that are proposed to them on the www.doolit.comsite. With regards to original content published on the www.doolit.comsite, Doolit, as host, shall fulfil its obligation to monitor it prior to publication. Despite that, it may nevertheless occur that false, scandalous, pornographic or racist information may escape the attention of the moderators. Users therefore have the means at their disposal for alerting Doolit of such abuse, and these alerts will be monitored and dealt with as quickly as possible so as to remove the abusive content. Repetitive abuse will lead to closure of the account from whence the content originates.

Google Analytics and Adsense
www.doolit.com uses the analytical application of internet sites offered by Google Inc. The Google Analytics service is based on text files (cookies) exchanged with the computers of users visiting the www.doolit.comsite.
The cookies generate data relative to user activity on www.doolit.com. This data is then transmitted and saved by Google on its servers. Since Google servers operate on American territory, Google must comply with the American authorities' requirement that Google transmit this data to third-parties. Google Inc. may also transmit this data for processing within the framework of services ordered by Google Inc. Google Inc. has pledged to not proceed with the crossing of files with IP address files that allow for identification of internet users.
In order to deactivate the utilisation of cookies, the browser must be parametered, it being understood that this operation will deactivate certain services on the www.doolit.comsite.
www.www.doolit.comusers may also deactivate the utilisation of the DART cookie that allows Google Inc. to display publicity information adapted to users of sites posting messages originating from the Google Adsense programme. All www.doolit.comusers are hereby informed of the processing of their data by Google Inc. as has been described herein and consent thereto.

Creation of the portal
The Doolit project is developed by the Doolit Company that is currently being set up. During the construction phase of this project, all information requests must be made by using the contact form.
