Profile :
On behalf of our customers in telecommunications, you will take care independently of all operations necessary to the implementation of services sold in the order up to billing. Primary Duties: Responsible for organizing and editing the project: - Meeting to launch projects and weekly meetings - Client Reporting and Hierarchy - Interface to house production units - Implement an action plan and its monitoring - Ensures the delivery of the project on time and in compliance with contractual procedures - Implementation of project monitoring indicator - Manage customer escalations - Regular communication and relevant to the client
